Live the yummy life of Riley

Sunny warm days and cool nights – I love it. Walk the dog and having breakfast under the trees on my way to the vineyard, where Lilly likes to hunt rabbits. Mirabelles, plums and pears (Williams) stood this morning on the menu. The trees are groaning under the weight of too many ripe fruit this summer. That’s why we are baking cakes and cooking jam all day long, like there is no tomorrow. In between I snack some delicious peaches and the first figs in our lush garden. It is really a land of milk and honey (and treelice).  Anyway: This is the most beautiful summer in my life. I really appreciate to live this life of Riley, together with my love and Lilly, the pooch. I have to say thank you, merci bien, over and over to the universe. Life can be so simple, so yummy. I am deeply grateful.
