Summer is the sweetest
Summertime in the Alsace and all fruits and berries in our garden are ripe at the same time – gorgeous. Strawberries, cherries, apricots, red and blackcurrants, raspberries and blackberries. What a wonderful coincidence that we are working on a new vegan cookbook about yummy and healthy sweets at the moment. My sweetie is creating the most incredible recipes without sugar, butter, eggs and wheat and my part is, of course, to take some pics of the cakes before we are sharing them with our french neighbors. And especially one women who used to have stomach problems is now a big fan of our cake potpourri…

Schön, wie Stefanie seitlich gesehen auf dem Feld steht und die Linie ihres Körpers so schön mit der der Bäume im Hintergrund korrespondiert. – Auch süß, dass der Hund sich gerade übers Schnäuzchen leckt als die Leberwurst oder was auch immer das ist, in die Aprikosen gelöffelt wird. – Ist das Wurst oder was kommt auf die Aprikosen drauf? ??? Mon ami das ist Crumble, so ne Art Keksteig. Leberwurst geht ja leider nicht bei “vegan”…LG. th.
